MY CHRISTMAS is a digital Christmas-planning platform that brings together, in one place, features such as decoration, dinner, recipes, gifts, budget, Secret Santa and planning. The platform is operated by UNIK COMERCIO, SERVICOS E DISTRIBUICAO LTDA (trade name UNIK), Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 49.369.011/0001-32, headquartered at Av. das Américas, 07935, Sala 710, Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro/RJ, CEP 22.793-081, Brasil.
By accessing or using MY CHRISTMAS, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Access to MY CHRISTMAS features is released after the purchase is confirmed by the payment platform. Access is personal and intended for the Christmas edition indicated at the time of purchase.
To use the platform you need an account linked to the e-mail used at purchase. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.
Transactions are processed by the payment platform used by MY CHRISTMAS. Prices, currency and payment conditions are presented according to the country/market selected at the time of purchase.
The content made available (suggestions, recipes, lists, calculations and other features) is informative and intended to support your organisation; it may be updated, expanded or adjusted over time.
MY CHRISTMAS may display results, information or links to third-party products and services. Availability, price, stock, delivery times, quality and commercial conditions of those products belong exclusively to the respective suppliers and are not guaranteed by MY CHRISTMAS.
You agree to use the platform lawfully, not to share your access, not to attempt to bypass security mechanisms, and not to copy, reproduce or distribute content without authorisation.
The MY CHRISTMAS brand, design, texts, images and other elements of the platform are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used without prior authorisation.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates or external factors may temporarily affect access.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MY CHRISTMAS is not liable for indirect damages, for decisions made based on the platform's informative content, or for third-party products and services.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, together with the date of the last update.
Governing law: Brazilian law. Jurisdiction/venue: Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, without prejudice to the rights guaranteed by the consumer-protection legislation applicable in the user's country of residence.
